As an Integrative Counsellor, our work will be under-pinned by the Person-Centred Approach, but I will also use tools from different modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), creative therapies, compassion-focused therapies, psychodynamic theory and other key approaches, to ensure our sessions our tailored to your needs.

I am also committed to undertaking ongoing professional development and have undertaken training in the following areas, as well as working with clients experiencing these issues:

  • Anxiety

  • Anger management

  • Attachment issues

  • Bereavement

  • Depression

  • Emotional resilience

  • Family conflict

  • Loss

  • Low Mood

  • OCD

  • Panic Attacks

  • Perfectionism

  • Relationships

  • Self-Esteem

  • Self-Harm

  • Shame

  • Stress

  • Trauma

To ensure we work together ethically, I follow the BACP's Ethical Framework, which guides all the work we undertake and use a safe and secure platform when conducting online sessions. This ensures that everything we discuss is in strictest confidence (unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
