It can be a big step to decide to undertake counselling sessions.  I would like to make it as easy as possible for you.  I offer a free online consultation (up to 30 minutes), so that you can ask any questions and I can share what to expect within the sessions.  You can then decide how you would like to proceed, without any obligation.

I offer short, medium or long-term online counselling (eg: up to 6 sessions, or more, depending on your requirements).

All sessions are payable prior to the start of the session, via Bank Transfer, with different options outlined below.

To ensure we work together ethically, I follow the BACP's Ethical Framework, which guides all the work we undertake and use a safe and secure platform when conducting online sessions. This ensures that everything we discuss is in strictest confidence (unless there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).

To protect your personal data, I comply with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
