It can be a big step to decide to undertake counselling sessions.  I would like to make it as easy as possible for you.  I offer a free online consultation (up to 30 minutes), so that you can ask any questions and I can share what to expect within the sessions.  You can then decide how you would like to proceed, without any obligation.

 

I offer short, medium or long-term counselling (eg: up to 6 sessions, or more, depending on your requirements).
